About Ulrike
I am a Pastoral Counseling student. I already graduated, but I decided to continue studying and I am currently busy with my Honors degree in Theology. I also studied Afrikaans for two years. I have experience in waitering and administration. My goal is to work with children, whether on a teaching level or a therapeutic level. I have been a part of my local church's Sunday school where I learnt a lot about teaching children.

My teaching method would be to firstly always ensure a comfortable atmosphere. Then, I would follow a simple "Introduction, Body, and Summary" structure. The introduction would be a fun story/example to grip their attention and interest and the body will most definitely consist of headings and subheadings (for example rhymes or bullet points to remember). The summary will be a simple recap and every lesson requires participation, which can be a activity (a case study to apply the theory to, or maybe in a language subject for example, sentences or a list of words can be used). The main goal is to ignite interest and grip attention in a fun way.
