About Teagan

I am a certified art educator with a dual background in Illustration and Art Education, and I currently teach middle and high school students in a classroom setting. Alongside my teaching career, I work as a professional artist, creating commissioned pieces and exhibiting my work in local and regional spaces. This combination of classroom experience and real-world practice allows me to offer students both strong technical instruction and insight into how art exists beyond school.

I have extensive experience working with a wide range of learners, including beginners, developing artists, and students preparing for advanced coursework or portfolios. My teaching is rooted in clear communication, patience, and high expectations, ensuring that each student feels supported while also being challenged to grow.

About the lesson
