About Skye

I am a passionate Singing tutor with 8 years of experience and a strong record of mentoring 150 to 200 students from beginner to advanced levels. My commitment to music education drives me to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences for each student.

Personalised learning is at the heart of my teaching style. I carefully study each student’s voice, identify their strengths, and work on areas that need improvement. I believe that understanding a student’s musical interest helps in building confidence and faster progress.

My lessons include vocal warm-ups, breathing control techniques, pitch training, rhythm understanding, voice projection, and expression development. I focus on improving vocal clarity and stability while ensuring that students maintain proper vocal health. I also train students in performance preparation and overcoming stage anxiety.

I am known for my patience, adaptability, and strong listening skills. I encourage open communication so that students feel comfortable discussing their goals and challenges. My ability to simplify complex techniques makes learning easier and more enjoyable.

Teaching music is not just my profession but my passion. Seeing my students perform confidently and grow musically gives me immense satisfaction.

About the lesson

My teaching method focuses on understanding each student’s voice and goals. Some students want to sing professionally, while others want to improve for personal interest. I stay flexible and adjust my teaching plan according to their purpose.

I begin with vocal warm-ups and breathing exercises to build a strong foundation. Then I gradually introduce pitch correction techniques, scale variations, and song practice. I use creative exercises like singing in different emotions and styles to improve expression and confidence.

Time management is an important part of my methodology. I guide students on how to practise effectively at home, even if they have a busy schedule. I provide clear practice plans so they can use their time wisely.

I maintain patience and understanding throughout the learning process. Apart from Singing, I can also teach voice culture, music basics, performance preparation, and communication skills for stage presence. My goal is to help students develop both technical skills and artistic expression in a balanced way.
