About Arthur
Hi! I'm a first-year Creative Writing and Literature student at the University of Essex. I have been teaching English for two years now. All my life I was immersed in literature and I have been writing since I was a kid, too. I come from Poland, I moved to England in 2019. While studying literature in school - which was my main subject - I also learned a lot about art, history, and philosophy. I found tutoring to be really satisfying and fulfilling, as I would love to someday become a professor.

I mostly taught kids aged 10 to 12 but I enjoy working with high schoolers the most. My lessons vary depending on the student - I always try to choose the type of exercises to fit the student the best. If there is something my student enjoys in particular, e.g. movies, art, or drawing, I try to use it to our advance.
