About Gabrielle
I am currently studying creative writing at university and have a real passion for literature and the written word which has been with me since I was young. My passion, paired with my skills which I have honed over years of exams and many, many books read, allows me to be confident and secure in my ability to aid others in exam preparation, honing already existing skills and helping my students achieve and aim high. As well as my love for literature I also adore art in other forms such as photography, and I often use that passion to aid me in my studying. Because of this, the application of mixed mediums and incorporating elements of other subjects into my lessons is a way in which I better engage my students and help create easier study methods crafted to them!

My lessons will contain an adaptable mix of discussion, application of specific techniques and exam-based practice for GCSE and A-level students. My lessons are personally crafted towards the strengths and struggles of my students and pull focus on three primary goals: confidence, skill and application. My lessons will shape both skill and technique, through discussion, aided application and exam-based practice; while also nurturing confidence, in a safe space, lacking pressure, all the while being in continuous pursuit of growth and good grades! As a young person myself and currently studying in university, I understand the pressures and stress that comes with exams, but through my tutoring I aim to prepare my students with technique and practical study methods which in turn minimises stress and imbues the confidence they need to succeed.
