About Grace

Crocheting and knitting help my brain unravel. I have been crocheting since 2021 and knitting since 2022. My proudest creation would be my own wedding dress. Since crocheting and knitting give me so much joy, I want others to feel the warmth and that's why I donate my craft to Knit One Give One charity as well.

About the lesson

Some people find video tutorial helpful, but some have really tough time following. That's where I come in and sit with you. Having a one-on-one instructor means you have access directly to tips, different methods, different way of explanation and support. During the session, I will guide you and be patient with your learning processes. I do both crocheting and knitting, some call me a 'hybrid'. With both skills, I have access to teach both or help you pick up the other craft.

Grace is incredibly relatable and patient. I started as a knitter and asked Grace to give me an intro to crochet. She walked me through each step of a granny square, as well as helped me figure out each of my mistakes. She has a wealth of knowledge and patterns and is always willing to help.

My hand lacks dexterity but I really wanted to know how to knit. Grace is a very patient and very capable teacher, I don't think anyone would be able to handle my clumsy-ness the way she does! She takes me through all the process, helps me to fix my mistakes (there were MANY), teaches me different types of techniques, and encourages me when I felt like I'm stuck. She tells me which equipments to use (picked chunky yarns and chunky needles, which has been super helpful) and offers me extra lesson whenever I need them. I strongly recommend you to consider Grace as your knitting guru!
