About Matilda
I'm a former cross-country runner maintaining a lean physique. I wasn't always fit - after quitting cross country due to knee injuries, I blew up. After doing extensive research, I was able to lose 24kg. When my family and friends became curious, I was able to help them shed the extra weight too. Now, I'm ready to give lessons to help others!

My lessons are geared towards those who are self-motivated, but don't quite know how to lose weight or eat healthily. The lessons will begin with a brief summary of how you've been progressing since we last met, and then we'll continue on to a nutritional focused topic of the day in order to learn about various aspects of nutrition that clients don't often consider yet are vital to success. We'll finish up with some recommendations to implement into daily life, that we'll discuss at the beginning of the next lesson.
