About Ann
Hello, I am an engineering graduate in Dairy Technology and a post graduate in Food Technology from CSIR-CFTRI, India's premium Institute in Food research. Having cleared UGC NET and Junior Research Fellowship for assistant professorship, I have relevant experience in teaching students the subjects of food Chemistry, mathematics, algebra and Biochemistry. I also holds the university first rank in engineering. Gearing to the needs of students, I am proud to author a book on "Fundamentals of food engineering".
