Your Teaching Method and Techniques
I use a straightforward, strength-focused coaching method built on proper movement mechanics and progressive overload. Every client learns how to squat, press, deadlift, and perform other barbell lifts safely and confidently. I emphasize clear instruction, simple cues, and step-by-step progression so clients build strength efficiently without feeling overwhelmed.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each session begins with a brief warm-up and movement prep tailored to the client’s needs. We then move into barbell strength training using compound lifts, gradually increasing weight as technique improves. Every workout is tracked and adjusted so clients continually progress. Sessions end with cooldown work, mobility, and a quick review of what’s next.
