About William
I am a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University where I studied Physics, Computer Science and Business.
As the older sibling, I started off tutoring my two younger siblings. I learned how best to explore problems together with them and when I got to college I began tutoring and teaching part time.
It thrills me to help you find the right answer and to help you get to understand. The best part of any math or physics problem is that AHA! moment where everything falls together. I hope to be able to help you get to that point on your own.
I also love to play piano on the side and usually do (attempt) the NYT crosswords and games.

I have three plus years of tutoring/teaching experience through an online school. I also created curriculum and lesson plans for other tutors.
I have learned over the years how to not just tutor, but listen and craft explanations and exercises to individuals' needs. Not everyone learns the same way and that is okay, there is always a way to figure out a problem. The goal is to not just get the right answer, but understand the process so you can get repeated success in similar problems.
I work well with middle school and high school students. This includes lower level mathematics for middle school and everything up to AP Calc and AP Physics courses for high school.
