Hi, I'm Rakesh! I am a current UK medical student at Imperial College London
Having successfully navigated the highly competitive medical school application process, I know firsthand the dedication, resilience, and study strategies required to achieve top grades at GCSE and A-Level. My Teaching Methodology
I believe in making Biology intuitive rather than relying on pure memorisation. I teach using proven, evidence-based methods like active recall and spaced repetition to help you truly retain information. A major focus of my classes is exam technique, we will heavily utilise past papers so you know exactly how to structure your answers and what examiners are looking for.
Typical Lesson Length
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long. We start with a quick recap of previous material, move into interactive discussions on new topics, and finish by tackling related exam-style questions.
My Qualifications
As a current medical student, I have a strong foundation in the biological sciences. Successfully getting into medical school required me to master not only GCSE and A-Level Biology but also the most effective ways to study and perform under pressure.
