About Quei
I'm a current dentistry student with a lifelong passion for reading and writing.
I've loved English since I was young, and that passion has stuck with me through every stage of school.
I grew up in Canada, spent some time living in California, and now I'm based in Australia for university. Teaching English lets me combine my love of the subject with helping students build real confidence in their own writing and reading.

I break things down step by step so nothing feels overwhelming. We practice until a skill really sticks, then move on. I give clear, honest feedback on your writing and exactly how to fix it. For reading, I teach you to think while you read, not just skim to actually improve grades.
60 min lessons are standard. Shorter (30 min) works great for younger kids or quick grammar practice. Longer (90 min) is good for essay writing or exam prep.
4+ years tutoring English with Kumon. Averaged 90%+ in English all through high school myself — I know what actually works.
Lessons are for elementary to high school students. Grammar, writing, reading comprehension, essays — whatever you need help with, we'll work on it together
