About Ursula

I am a current Graduate Medicine Student, with a background in Neuroscience. I have a bachelor of science in Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience (BSc) and Master in Neuroscience (MSc).

I am a published author and researcher with the affiliation being the prestigious Kings College London. The current research I am involved in has collaboration with the Radcliffe Department at Oxford University.

I currently Tutor Students at GCSE level in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I am also open to teaching A level in Biology.

Leveraging my Neuroscience background, I offer a rare tailored approach to teaching, aiming to reduce work load but enhance accuracy. Having gone through MANY exam seasons myself, I have harnessed the best and most successful approaches to achieving high results efficiently.

I place large importance on individualised learning, particularly for those with a Neurodivergent background. I am well equipped in adjusting learning and methods to meet individual needs and requirements, drawing on strengths and excelling academic growth and confidence.

Are you looking for a dedicated and experienced tutor for GCSE Science?

As a graduate medicine student with a BSc and MSc in Neuroscience, I understand how daunting examinations can be. However, I do know a thing or two about passing exams; I specialise in effective learning techniques that improve recall accuracy and reduce unnecessary workload- work smarter not harder !!

I offer hybrid lessons (both online via Zoom and in-person) to fit your schedule. My 1 to 2 hour sessions are tailored to individual students, providing excellent materials and study notes, whilst setting clear goals to ensure steady progress.

With a warm and inviting teaching environment, I proudly support students with any back ground of learning abilities or strengths. Leveraging on my extensive Neuroscience background I am equipped to support and aid students with any Neurodivergent need- focussing on confidence, routine and academic growth.

The classes are available on weekdays and weekends, I bring a friendly and methodical approach, breaking down complex topics into manageable segments- which has been proven successful for many!
Understanding the exam criteria and aligning your learning accordingly is crucial—eliminating unnecessary content and jargon, and focusing on scoring marks rather than storytelling. Knowing the content is essential, but passing the exam requires a strategic approach. Let me guide you to ace these exams with confidence!
