About Molly
I am a current graduate student at Teachers College at Columbia University in the Masters in Developmental Psychology program. In addition to my academic learning, in my pursuit towards becoming a professor, I worked as a graduate teaching assistant for Introduction to Psychology, Statistics in Psychology, and Research Methods in Psychology. These teaching experiences reinforced my passion for teaching and desire to help my students succeed while helping them develop an understanding of the material. My determination to support learning ensures that I exhaust all avenues of individualized teaching. Each student learns differently and therefore I adjust my style on an individual basis.

My job as your tutor is to support your academic needs. I approach tutoring through a student-directed lens, first focusing on where the student feels they are struggling before determining other barriers to success. I have two years of experience working as a teaching assistant for undergraduate students which has strengthened my ability to work in a one-on-one environment.
My area of expertise includes general psychology, psychological statistics, research methods, academic writing, presentation prep, and organizational skills.
