About Andrew
With my experience and expertise in engineering, math, and foreign languages, I hope to help anyone needing assistance. I'm not a recent college grad. Everything that I teach has been used extensively in the real world. Schools don't teach engineering/manufacturing drawing creation or GD&T. I am an alternative to generalized online courses for these topics and can tailor lessons to specifically what you are hoping to learn. I'm a lifelong learner and realize teaching also helps me maintain or even add to my skillset.

I can spread my expertise from my college education (Magna Cum Laude), working over 20 years in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering fields (still employed doing RF Engineering), mastered CAD modeling and engineering drawing creation with AutoCAD and especially SolidWorks, teaching how to take a concept, design it, and have it fabricated with additive or subtractive manufacturing. I can also teach metrology and GD&T. I can also teach Spanish at any level, with over 25 years experience from living in foreign countries doing engineering work, speaking only Spanish at home, and taking the most advanced Spanish classes when I was a teenager and in my early 20's. I was previously a paid tutor at SPC in the subjects of Spanish, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. I've been using SolidWorks, speaking Spanish, and creating engineering & manufacturing drawings in my professional life for the past 20 years. I have also done Radio Frequency Engineering with passive RF components for the past 10 years and am proud to constantly help our armed forces (specifically the Navy) by traveling to ships and aircraft carriers to troubleshoot RF transmission line problems for all on-board radar systems. If you would like to fabricate things that you have designed, I have access to many different types of CNC mills, lathes, and 3D printers (pricing for materials, programming, and machine time would be separate).
