About Cora
I graduated high school in 2017. It then took me four years to complete my associate's (in the midst of COVID) and then I went on to complete my bachelor's degree in 2023. This 6-year period was full of me changing my mind about what career I wanted to pursue - but two things always held true: I loved Science, and I loved sharing knowledge. This is why I now hold a degree in education, a degree in Animal Science, and am working on becoming a certified teacher. This experience has shown me how to communicate and teach multiple types of students from ages 4 to 15, and I have found that helping to teach future generations is incredibly rewarding. This is why I am willing to put in the effort to make STEM accessible and understandable for every student that I work with.

Math and Science Tutoring geared towards 6th through 9th grade. Lessons tailored to the student and where they are at in their learning path. A typical lesson would start with reviewing what the student is currently learning or needs extra help with. We would then dive deeper into the skills that need work before ending with a look ahead at what will be due and what we anticipate a struggle with. This helps the student learn how to build on their knowledge in a meaningful way. My passion is STEM and I genuinely look forward to helping your student explore the subject more fully!
