About Natalee

Hello! I’m a junior at Ball State majoring in Business Administration with a strong passion for education and student development. With hands-on experience teaching both elementary and middle school students, I understand how to connect with learners at different stages and adapt my approach to meet their needs. I am committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. My tutoring style is structured yet flexible—I emphasize clarity, patience, and active engagement to make lessons both effective and enjoyable. I come prepared, stay organized, and communicate clearly so that students and parents know what to expect and how progress is being made. I take my role as a tutor seriously and bring a high level of professionalism to each session. You can expect reliability, respect, and a genuine investment in your child’s academic success. Whether your student needs support catching up, maintaining progress, or getting ahead, I will meet them where they are and help them move forward with confidence. I’m excited to work with students who are eager to learn and ready to build strong study habits, improve their understanding, and reach their goals!

As a junior in university majoring in Business Administration, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience working with students at the elementary and middle school levels. My teaching style is student-centered, supportive, and interactive. I believe learning should be engaging and tailored to fit each student's unique needs, pace, and learning style. I’ve worked with a wide range of learners, and I adapt my techniques accordingly—whether that means breaking down complex topics into simple steps, using visual aids, or incorporating real-life examples to help students relate to the material. I strive to create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel confident and motivated to learn. A typical lesson starts with a short review of previous material, followed by a clear explanation of the new topic, and then guided practice. I make sure to include interactive elements—like games or quick quizzes—especially for younger learners, to keep lessons fun and memorable. What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to connect with students, my organizational skills, and my experience teaching various subjects across different grade levels. I understand how to keep students engaged while also making sure they master the material. My lessons are ideal for elementary and middle school students who need support in core subjects such as math, English/language arts, science, or social studies—whether they’re looking to build foundational skills, catch up, or get ahead.
