About Mary
My nameis Mary, I'm currently studying at University of Melbourne Master of Teaching (Secondary) but holds a Master of Music (Performance Teaching) qualification. Through this course and my placements, I have acquired invaluable skills that have helped me become a better teacher. I completed my Bachelor of Music degree. I have AMEB grade 8 clarinet qualifications. I also have a variety of performance experience in community orchestras: Currently a second clarinetist at the Victorian Youth Symphony Orchestra. Boroondara Symphonic Band, and Heidelberg Wind Symphony. Also, participate in Concert Band with the University of Melbourne Orchestra for three years. I am also currently a student teacher at Lowther Hall Grammar School. I am enthusiastic about extending my teaching to both private and group settings at my home and online conveniently situated in the Surrey Hills and Mont Albert area. My teaching expertise spans various age groups, and I am proficient in delivering instruction in both English and Chinese Mandarin. You are welcome to contact me for lessons!

I can teach beginner to inermediate clarinet. I teach reperitoire and technical exercise to broaden students ability. I am patient and willing to improve as well as give my student best of ability and help them improve by providing useful feedbacks. Open and welcoming for all ages and all AMEB levels
I am bilingual: Can teach both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
