About Joshua
I currently study at the University of Warwick (sociology and criminology). I am 20 and going into my final year of studies. Aside from being really passionate about chess, I also would love to grow my teaching ability; a skill which would prove advantageous for future career prospects.

I volunteer at my local primary school where we run a chess club. I have experience working with children of all levels. My skill set is more tailored for beginners/intermediate (I run through and teach various openings as well as basic chess tactics). It’s worth pointing out my peak rating is 1300. Albeit, my fulfilment comes more in helping others achieve their chess goals.
