About Evelin
Hi, I'm Evelin, a Biomedical Science student, with a passion for biology and genetics, and a strong desire to help students succeed. I know that science can sometimes feel overwhelming, but with the right support and explanation, it becomes much more approachable and even exciting! I want to teach because I enjoy making complex topics easier to understand and helping students gain confidence in their abilities. I believe that every student has the potential to do well in biology, and my goal is to guide you through challenging concepts, improve your exam grades, and make learning enjoyable. As a university student, I understand the struggles of studying and can relate to the challenges you may face. My lessons will be tailored to your needs, whether you're preparing for GCSEs, A-levels or BTECs, and I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where you can ask questions and truly grasp the subject.

I take a student-centred approach to tutoring, tailoring each lesson to the student's individual needs and learning style. My teaching methodology involves breaking down complex biological concepts into easy-to-understand explanations, using real-world examples and interactive discussions to enhance understanding. As a current university student in Biomedical Science, I have a strong academic background in biology, writing reports and experience in explaining scientific concepts clearly. While I am new to formal tutoring, I have helped classmates and younger students with their studies. My lessons are ideal for GCSE, A-level/BTEC students who want to improve their understanding, build confidence, and achieve higher grades. Whether you need help with specific topics, revision strategies or exam preparation, I am here to support you in reaching your goals!
