Business graduate certified by International Sports Sciences Association, experienced in public & private gyms in both personal and group settings. Two main areas of experience:
- Weight-loss routines customized to the individual, with a focus on long term health and body functionality.
-Athletic training catered specifically to the goals & sport in mind. Improving speed, jump, coordination, explosiveness, all transferrable to the sport in question.
