Jon es un crack. Sabe un montón y lo mejor es que lo explica fácil, sin liarte. Las clases son cañeras pero divertidas, aprendes de verdad y te lo pasas bien. Si quieres sentirte más seguro y encima ponerte en forma, no te lo pienses.
Jon es un crack como profe de autodefensa. Tiene una formación brutal: 6º Dan en Krav Maga, 5º en Combatives, 4º en JuJutsu y es Kru en Muay Thai. Sabe un montón, pero lo mejor es cómo lo explica, claro, directo y con ejemplos reales. Las clases son intensas, prácticas y te hacen sentir más seguro desde el primer día. ¡Muy recomendable!
Jon es un gran instructor de artes marciales, con cinturones negros en Krav Maga, JuJutsu, Kickboxing y Muay Thai. Y ha entrenado a fuerzas especiales y cuerpos de seguridad en todo el mundo, pero su estilo de enseñanza es muy cercano y claro, práctico y me motivó mucho para cualquier nivel. Y lo recomiendo mucho si buscas ponerte en forma, ganar confianza o aprender defensa personal real, entrenar con Jon te llevará al siguiente nivel.
