About Anastasia
I am a professionally trained dancer for many years, working with experienced coaches in the industry, and I am currently working as a dancer myself. Throughout my journey, I have developed a deep understanding of technique, performance, and the physical demands required to succeed in dance.
Alongside my professional work, I also teach and train young dancers competitively at ADG Academy, where I help students develop their skills, discipline, and confidence in a high-performance environment.
Having trained extensively and experienced the industry firsthand, I know what it takes to grow, improve, and stand out. I’ve worked through the challenges, built the discipline, and continue to refine my craft every day.
I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with the next generation of dancers. My goal is to support and guide all levels dancers by helping them build strong foundations in technique, strength, and flexibility, while also developing confidence and a positive mindset.
I believe that with the right training, encouragement, and consistency, every dancer has the potential to improve and achieve their goals. I’m here to help you unlock that potential and become the strongest, most confident dancer you can be.

This online dance training is designed to help dancers build a strong, confident, and technically refined foundation—no matter where they are in the world. Whether you’re a beginner looking to develop solid basics or an experienced dancer aiming to elevate your performance, this coaching focuses on the three pillars that truly transform dancers: technique, strength, and flexibility.
You’ll work on:
- Technique: Build clean lines, improve posture, and refine execution across movements
-Strength: Develop core stability, control, and endurance to support more advanced skills
-Flexibility: Increase range of motion safely while enhancing fluidity and extension
-Choreography: looking at combining movements whilst applying technique, strength, flexibility, and musicality.
Training is tailored to your individual level and goals, so you’re always progressing at the right pace. I provide clear guidance, corrections, and support to ensure you’re not just practising—but improving with intention.
Because it’s online, you have the flexibility to train from anywhere while still receiving high-quality coaching. With consistent work, you’ll notice stronger movement, better body awareness, and a new level of confidence in your dancing.
