About Quanita
Hi, I’m Quanita — a movement and dance facilitator passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through creative movement! I’m a professional dancer and dance teacher with over 8 years of experience in Hip Hop and contemporary movement. My approach is grounded in both artistic expression and holistic well-being, helping students discover freedom, confidence, and joy through movement. Alongside my dance practice, I hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Social Anthropology from the University of Cape Town. My academic background deepens my understanding of movement as a social and emotional language — one that connects mind, body, and community. I’m currently expanding my work toward Dance Movement Therapy, with the goal of completing a Master’s degree internationally. Let’s move together — and explore what your body is capable of!
