Initially, I assess the learner’s current level to understand their strengths and gaps. Based on that, I challenge them with a problem suited to their level — for example, designing an algorithm or solving a real-world coding scenario.
The student is then guided step-by-step through the problem. I highlight key concepts, logical connections, and contextual understanding required to solve it effectively.
If the learner struggles with a specific concept, I immediately adapt the session to focus on that area. Once clarity is built, we return to the original problem and solve it with improved understanding.
