• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  My passion for technology further intensified during internships, where I had the opportunity to apply my coding skills to real-world projects. I was fortunate to participate in hackathons, including the Google Solution Challenge, where I emerged as a global finalist. These experiences not only honed my technical skills but also showcased the practical applications of coding in solving complex problems.
  Winning ETH India 2022 and being a semi-finalist at Flipkart Grid 2022 were pivotal moments that reinforced my enthusiasm for technology and innovation. These achievements not only validated my technical capabilities but also exposed me to diverse challenges, encouraging continuous learning and growth.
  Throughout my journey, I've been drawn to the dynamic nature of the tech industry, where advancements occur rapidly. This constant evolution fuels my passion to stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks, ensuring that I can contribute meaningfully to the development landscape.
  In summary, my interest in this field stems from a combination of academic exposure, hands-on experiences in internships and hackathons, and a genuine passion for creating innovative solutions through coding.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  I chose to teach because I want to share my coding knowledge and passion, making the learning journey more accessible and enjoyable for others. Teaching allows me to give back to the community, inspire aspiring developers, and continuously learn by simplifying complex concepts.

• How does your work help society?

  My work as a Data Scientist contributes to societal progress by developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Whether it's optimizing processes, improving decision-making through data analysis, or creating user-friendly applications, my goal is to positively impact various industries. Through projects like the Google Solution Challenge and hackathons, I strive to address real-world challenges, making a tangible difference in society.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  One of my role models is Elon Musk. His relentless pursuit of innovation and commitment to solving pressing global issues through technology resonates with me. Musk's visionary approach, spanning companies like SpaceX, Tesla, and Neuralink, inspires me to push boundaries in my work, tackle challenges creatively, and strive for meaningful impact in the tech industry.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside of teaching, I enjoy engaging in various hobbies. I have a keen interest in exploring new technologies and frameworks, and staying updated on the latest industry trends. Additionally, I find relaxation and creativity in activities like sketching and design using tools like Figma. To maintain a healthy balance, I also indulge in outdoor activities such as hiking and occasionally unwind with a good book or through music. These hobbies contribute to my overall well-being and provide a diverse set of experiences beyond the realm of technology.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  Certainly! One memorable experience from my professional life was during the Google Solution Challenge. As a part of a global team, we were tasked with developing a technology-based solution to address a significant societal issue. The collaborative nature of the project exposed me to diverse perspectives and working styles.
  Despite the challenges of coordinating across time zones and cultural differences, the sense of unity and shared purpose prevailed. It was both exhilarating and fulfilling to see our project come to life and make it to the global finals. This experience reinforced the power of collaboration, adaptability, and the positive impact that technology can have on addressing real-world problems.
