About David
I have played the trombone for more than 8 years. I am studying music education at Snow College in Ephraim, UT. I am in the Symphony Orchestra, Wind Symphony, Jazz Big Band, and Low Brass Ensemble at Snow College. I was also a part of numerous prestigious honor bands prior to my collegiate studies. My experience ensures that all my students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for all facets of the musical world.

As an educator, my primary goal is for the student to leave each lesson with more knowledge and ability than they came in with. I will keep track of progress from lesson to lesson to ensure structured and consistent growth. I will take time outside of each lesson to assess and develop curriculum for each student. Curriculum will be tailored to each student’s ability, knowledge, and goals. I also believe that students should be playing music that they have a passion for. As such, I may also take time outside of lessons to transcribe or arrange music for students to learn/perform.
