About Aria

In life we learn through our subconscious mind to suppress ourselves. We slow down our emotions or we overthink them with overwhelming consequences. We often run away from the steps we need to take to move forward. I have helped many people by listening and giving a trusted shoulder to lean on, but at the same time asking the critical questions necessary to move forward. I slowly guide you out of your comfort zone in order to strengthen yourself and obtain more mental peace.

My method of teaching is very focused on the individual. I combine therapy in the form of conversations with forms of cognitive therapy. It is important to understand how our brain works and how it is affected by our neurology. We are a slave to our electrical impulses, but those electrical impulses are more influenced than meets the eye. I guide with my trusted and safe environment to paint a picture of who you are and what is going on in your subconscious mind. then I ask questions and dig deeper than you will go about what your subconscious mind is formed of. Then I give tips or simple assignments that you can perform during the week, such as a change in your behavior. For example, learn to say no or learn to feel your emotions. Then I evaluate with you what you did, what went well and what did not, together with what had an impact at all.
