About Kendra

Since completing studies at The Photography Studies College in Melbourne in the 80’s, I have been a working, freelance Photographer. Full analogue, darkroom experience as well as digital. I have numerous private students to attest to the results they’ve gained through my relevant and current knowledge of the medium.
I say, you can call yourself a Photographer when you can anticipate what your images look like before they hit the film or camera sensors. There’s never a thought regarding photos ‘turning out’. Photography is so much a part of our lives and being competent benefits and complements almost every industry.
I have a full Police Check and Working with Children check.

About the lesson

Lessons include: ️ Establishing your knowledge of your camera. ️ Hands-on camera- exploring every button function. ️ How a camera works as well as exposure control, composition and the use of light. ️ Lessons can be tailored exactly to the information and level you require. ️ Inspiring beginners and guiding senior secondary students requiring tertiary folio preparation. ️ And it’s fun!

A divine student with a new Nikon Digital SLR who, in 3 classes, has now learned all the manual camera functions and is building technical knowledge to find her ‘personal point of difference’, to now concentrate on building a folio of strong images with confidence.
