As a recent graduate with a passion for English and education, I've always been driven to share my love of learning with others. Through a combination of reading, discussion, and creative activities, students will develop fluency, comprehension, and critical thinking skills. What sets these lessons apart is the focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love of reading and learning. By making connections between texts and real-life experiences, students will gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the material, leading to a more meaningful and enjoyable educational journey. To bring learning to life, we'll explore a range of creative activities, such as illustrating favourite book characters, role-playing key scenes, crafting original stories or poetry, debating themes and issues, and creating book trailers or reviews. These activities will help students develop their literacy skills while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and self-expression.
