About Joao
The profession of teaching parkour was recently created, as was the creation of sport. Each person has their rhythm and time, I try to understand to adapt. I have had many lifelong students, including other teachers, of whom I am proud to have been present at every moment of mental and physical evolution.

My teaching method is to teach body theories and then apply them as safely as possible to gradually increase the difficulty of the obstacle. Groups of at least 2 students are ideal for building a deep learning about unity, family, friendship and joint development.
