About Yskiller

I am a passionate and dedicated tutor with a background in Malay Language Studies at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and experience in student facilitation, educational programs and learning activities.

I enjoy working with students and believe that every student has their own learning style and potential. My teaching approach focuses on clear explanations, practical examples, interactive activities and continuous practice so that students can understand concepts with confidence rather than simply memorizing them.

I can teach Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics to primary and secondary school students. Through my previous experience as a facilitator, I have had the opportunity to interact with students from different age groups and backgrounds, including students from schools across Malaysia.

I am committed to creating a friendly, patient and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving step by step. My goal is not only to help students perform better academically, but also to develop their confidence and interest in learning.

Malay

I use a student-centred and interactive teaching approach, adapting my lessons according to each student's learning level, strengths and areas for improvement. For Bahasa Melayu, I focus on understanding concepts, grammar, vocabulary, writing skills and practical language use. For Mathematics, I use step-by-step explanations, worked examples and practice questions to help students understand the method rather than simply memorising answers.

Typical Lesson Length

A typical lesson lasts 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on the student's age, level and learning needs. I can also adjust the lesson duration for students who require additional practice or revision.

My Qualifications & Experience

I am a Malay Language Studies student/graduate from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with experience in facilitation, educational programmes, student activities and module development. Through my involvement in various programmes, I have had opportunities to work with students from different age groups and backgrounds, including students in schools across Malaysia.

My experience as a facilitator has strengthened my communication, leadership, classroom engagement and ability to explain concepts clearly.

My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students, particularly those who need additional support, revision or practice in:

Bahasa Melayu – comprehension, grammar, writing, vocabulary and examination preparation
Mathematics – basic concepts, problem-solving, practice exercises and revision

I welcome students of different ability levels and will adjust my teaching approach according to their individual learning needs.
