About Jeri
I am an experienced Chemistry tutor with more than 6 years of teaching experience helping students from Secondary to first-year university level achieve meaningful academic progress. I have worked with O-Level, IP, JC/A-Level, and IB students, providing personalized guidance designed to match individual learning needs and examination goals.
My teaching philosophy centers on clarity, logical understanding, and confidence-building. Topics such as stoichiometry, kinetics, atomic structure, periodic trends, redox reactions, and organic mechanisms are taught using step-by-step guidance and real-world connections to make learning more engaging and meaningful.
I emphasize logical problem-solving, calculation accuracy, and exam techniques so students can answer questions with greater confidence and precision. Lessons also include focused practice, detailed feedback, and revision support to help students overcome challenges and strengthen weaker concepts effectively.
