About Dr Nandita

I have more than 5 years of teaching experience. After the completion of MSc. I started my career as researcher of Microbiology. During my course, I took many theory and practical classes and designed several scientific experiments, analysed different experimental results and demonestrated details procedure of several microbial and molecular experiments to the students.
Assessed and provided informative and elaborative presentation with hands on training on various topics of Microbiology and also supervise the MSc. 4th semester project and guided them to writing the project reports.
After completion of Ph.D. in Microbiology I started my teaching career in UP Academy where most of my students scored more than 90 % in Board examination. The percentage of students were increased and also the understanding of various topics of Biology has been improved.

About the lesson

My philosophy of teaching is allowed students the opportunity to see mistakes and imperfection and add their opinion and do experiments to learn new things as a part of the learning.

I believe that student should feel confident and safe while learning. Always they should be welcomed for asking and express their view on any topic.
My teaching style can be best described that incorporates innovative learning process and teaching techniques. To create an innovative learning environment class should be interesting for student, specially there should be a case study system, where each student can participate to solve a specific study related problem.
I always allow students to do mistakes while learning and motivate them to do better next time
I believe a teacher is a backbone of a nation and their duty is to make their students strong and self-confident. The assessment of the student should be done based on their knowledge and understanding of a topic not on the grades or marks they earned in examination.
