About Saumya
I’m a passionate French language enthusiast with a strong academic background and a love for teaching. I graduated from the University of Delhi in 2024 with a B.Sc. in Life Sciences, securing a first division, and I'm currently pursuing my Master’s in Biotechnology. My journey with French began in school and deepened with two part-time courses from St. Stephen’s College, DU—a Certificate in French (passed with distinction) and a Diploma in French. Over time, I’ve developed confident reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and I now aspire to help students build the same fluency. I scored 94% in Class 10 and 91% in Class 12, and served as the Vice Head Girl in Class 11—experiences that shaped my leadership and communication skills. Today, I aim to support school students and beginners who are learning French or pursuing certification, by making the language engaging and easier to grasp. French is not only culturally rich but also professionally rewarding—with rising demand in MNCs and the European job market. I’m here to help learners unlock those opportunities through consistent guidance and a love for the language.

Bonjour! I’m excited to begin my journey as a French language teacher, especially for school students who may be finding it difficult or those pursuing a certificate course in French. My foundation in French began early—I studied it from 6th to 8th grade in school and consistently scored an A+ throughout. Wanting to deepen my knowledge, I completed two part-time French language courses from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi—a Certificate in French (passed with distinction) and a Diploma in French.
These experiences helped me build strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and I’ve always been an active, enthusiastic learner in the classroom. Now, I want to share that passion by helping other students fall in love with this beautiful language.
French is more than just a subject—it's a gateway to culture, travel, and global opportunities. It's one of the most widely spoken languages in the world and holds great relevance in international job markets, especially across Europe. Whether you're eyeing careers in multinational companies (MNCs), diplomacy, hospitality, or the arts—knowing French gives you a unique advantage.
