About Rae
As a Guitar tutor with 12 years of experience, I have helped many students discover their interest in music and develop valuable skills. I teach School students, College students, and Working Professionals with different learning goals and experience levels.
My teaching style combines practical exercises with easy explanations. I use songs, rhythm activities, and technical exercises to help students understand concepts in a fun and effective way. I believe learning music should be enjoyable and inspiring.
Apart from Guitar, I teach music theory, rhythm training, ear development, and beginner songwriting concepts. These subjects help students improve their creativity and overall musicianship.
My unique skill is simplifying complex ideas and making them easy for students to understand.

My teaching methodology is built on compassion, communication, and supportiveness. I believe every student has the ability to learn music with proper guidance and encouragement. I create a comfortable and friendly learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and express themselves freely.
I teach Guitar through a structured step-by-step approach. Beginners start with posture, finger exercises, basic chords, rhythm patterns, and simple songs. As students progress, they learn scales, chord progressions, strumming techniques, fingerstyle methods, and improvisation.
I focus on developing strong fundamentals and healthy practice habits. Regular feedback and personalised guidance help students improve steadily and stay motivated.
Apart from Guitar, I also teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, and basic songwriting concepts. These subjects help students gain a complete understanding of music.
My goal is to help students become confident musicians and enjoy the learning process throughout their musical journey.
