"Tell me and I'll forget. Show me and I may remember. Involve me and I will learn". As an experienced Primary Teacher, these are words that I live by.
I can cater lessons to students in K-6. Lessons can range from 30-60 minutes online and can be tailored to suit individual needs. I also offer homeschooling group sessions for small groups.
Before getting started, we can discuss where your child needs assistance and come up with a plan of success. Individual learning plans discussed by myself, the student and parent/carer can be the most likely way to achieve learning goals.
I have a love for English and Literacy, creating pieces of writing that students can be proud of. I am confident in teaching mathematics and take a student led approach. I follow the NSW curriculum and standards for all subjects.
I can confidently teach English as a second language, providing basic and more advanced learning opportunities from 'survival language' to those consolidating their English language learning.
