About Hazel
I am a dedicated vocal coach with 3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, specializing in classical repertoire and modern improvisation. My lessons are designed for jazz and blues singers who want freedom in their voice. I teach scat singing, embellishments, and harmony awareness.
You will learn how melodies relate to chords. Ear training helps you hear intervals and harmonic movement clearly. Improvisation becomes logical rather than confusing.
We work on healthy technique and expressive singing. Breath support, tone placement, and phrasing are all carefully developed. Lessons are always personalized.
I help students build a unique improvisational voice. My goal is confident singing and musical understanding.
