1. MY TEACHING TECHNIQUES & METHODS
I believe in *"Brain-Based + Activity-Based Learning"*. No rote, only understanding.
- 3E Method: Easy, Effective, Evidence-Based
I use simple logic, real-life examples, and proven psychology techniques.
- Learn by Doing: Roleplays, Group Discussions, Debates, and Story-based grammar. Students speak 70% of the class.
- Scientific Memory Techniques: Mind maps, word hooks, and repetition at right intervals so students remember long-term.
2. USUAL STRUCTURE OF A CLASS - 45 MINUTES
Every class follows this flow to keep students engaged:
1. Warm-up 5 min: Quick activity, question, or game to break hesitation
2. Concept 10 min: Teach 1 rule/logic with example. No long lectures
3. Practice 20 min: Pair work, roleplay, or real-life situation. "Use it now"
4. Revision + Win 10 min: 2-minute recap + Every student speaks 1 new sentence. "Daily win"
