About the lesson

I believe successful trumpet learning comes from combining excellent technique with consistent encouragement and enjoyable practice. Students begin by mastering posture, breathing techniques, embouchure, articulation, tone production, rhythm, scales, note reading, and finger coordination before progressing to advanced musical concepts.

Intermediate and advanced lessons include flexibility training, endurance development, range expansion, phrasing, dynamics, orchestral excerpts, solo performance, jazz improvisation, ensemble playing, music theory, ear training, and sight reading.
