About Shivi
I currently work as a Spanish Tutor and provide personalized Spanish lessons to students and adults at beginner and intermediate levels. I have students from all types of schools boards including International baccalaureate, Cambridge, IGCSE and the CBSE.
I also conducted Spanish language classes for adult learners at beginner and intermediate levels where in I focused on practical communication, grammar, and vocabulary for real-life situations.
I hold an Advanced diploma in Spanish (B2) from Savitri Pula Bai institute of Pune and Dele B2 Certified (Diploma en Español como Lengua Extranjera). I am now studying C1 level, Effective Operational Proficiency or Advanced and have a near native level of proficiency
In the summer of 2025 I was selected for a prestigious scholarship to study Literature and History in Spain from The University of La Rioja in Logroño, with academic focus on cultural analysis, historical context, and European literary traditions which helped me engage in cross-cultural academic research and multilingual coursework

During my time as a Spanish tutor, I’ve had the opportunity to work with students ranging from middle school learners to high school students. I’ve delivered personalized instruction in grammar, conversation, and writing, tailoring each lesson to meet the unique goals and learning styles of my students. Whether helping a beginner build foundational vocabulary or supporting an advanced student in mastering verb tenses and fluency, I focus on creating engaging, culturally relevant lessons that boost confidence and real-world communication.
I deliver engaging and interactive lessons focused on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, and cultural aspects of the Spanish language. I also use a variety of teaching tools such as online platforms, worksheets, quizzes to enhance learning.
