I am practicing company secretary and after almost 5 years of postqualification experience I have felt that people are still conservative about the corporate laws. India should bud as enterpreneur producing country and for that everyone should be corporate literate. My teaching is juat a little approach towards this goal.

About the lesson

In this dynamic environment teaching should also be dynamic and interactive with less crowd so that each student gets a chance to raise his hand. I cover the legal provisions with practicle examples to make it understand more deeply by the students.
