About Rebecca

I am a qualified dentist who has always had a passion for children. I have been teaching since the age of 17.

I teach English, Science, Bahasa Melayu and Maths to children in the age group of 7-15. I have always believed that children are the future of this country and that learning is not just limited to educational stuff but also the non-educational stuff such as being kind and good-natured.

About the lesson

I have come to learn that the current generation's way of learning is different from my time.

I incorporate interesting videos to help my students understand better. I am also a hands-on teacher because I believe students remember better when they get all their senses involved. I also know that each child's attention span differs so I believe in 5 minutes break in the middle of a class, depending on the child's age.
