About Nilanjan
I am a UX Designer by profession and an experienced and dedicated English teacher with a passion for literature and language. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have helped countless students develop strong reading, writing, and communication skills. My teaching approach focuses on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication. I incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and cater to their individual needs. I have been recognized for my communication skills in my organization. Having won multiple debate competitions, speeches, extempore competitions throughout my student life and career, I have developed a unique interest and imparting the same knowledge to students which helps them further to develop a better personality.

Teaching will be more engaging through speaking and auditory interactions. Focus will be to trigger more involuntary reactions as a response to learnings. Auditory approach based learning. Writing exams to be graded based on badges with one being the lowest and three being the highest. Target for the student is to get 3 badges soon. Students will be up-skilled in oration and proper use of grammar as well.
