About Evelyn
Across 8 years of violin instruction, I have guided Teenagers and College Students toward technical confidence and expressive musicianship through organized teaching methods. Supporting learners as they reach personal milestones continues to make teaching deeply fulfilling.
My instructional approach develops posture, intonation, bowing technique, rhythmic precision, musical interpretation, reading notation, and performance readiness. Practical learning experiences encourage students to strengthen both technical skills and artistic confidence with every lesson.
Each learning plan reflects individual ambitions, musical interests, and existing experience. Supportive coaching, structured practice, and continuous evaluations enable students to overcome challenges while achieving rewarding and lasting progress in violin performance.

Lessons are designed to develop strong violin fundamentals through guided demonstrations, structured practice, and progressive learning objectives. Students improve confidently by mastering essential techniques before advancing toward expressive and technically demanding musical performances.
Topics include posture, bow distribution, finger placement, scales, rhythm, shifting, vibrato fundamentals, intonation, sight reading, tone quality, and musical interpretation. Practical exercises improve coordination while strengthening expressive and technically accurate violin performance.
Constructive coaching, personalized practice schedules, and regular performance reviews help students maintain steady progress between lessons. Individual feedback identifies improvement opportunities while reinforcing strengths through meaningful exercises and achievable learning goals.
