About Neal
I have my Bachelor's degree in Music Education from an accredited university and am completing my Master's degree as well as a professional certificate in baroque trumpet. I have competed in national competitions and am an active musician. I have cultivated a private trumpet studio for around 8 years.

I use established method books as well as developed materials for each student. I am a Chicago school trumpet player which means I focus on easy sound production. Typically, lessons include a systematized warm-up, an easy short piece to address fundamentals, and a more developmentally challenging piece to let my students grow at their own pace.
