I step into the classroom each day with enthusiasm and a clear lesson plan. My primary goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe learning environment. I believe that every student has unique potential waiting to be unlocked. I start every session by greeting my students warmly to build trust. I teach my core subjects using practical examples from everyday life. I encourage active participation so that learning becomes a two-way dialogue.
