I work with beginners, busy professionals, parents, and seniors. My classes blend Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yoga Nidra, always rooted in _Sthira Sukham Asanam_ — meaning posture should be steady and comfortable, rooted and free.
After practising yoga for 8 years, I’ve learnt yoga isn’t about forcing difficult shapes. It’s about listening, breathing, and building strength that supports daily life. Whether you need an energising Ashtanga practice, a steady Hatha flow, or deeply restful Yoga Nidra, I meet each student with care and clarity.
