About NINA
I have been teaching for 8 years, I have trained at least 30 students of all ages and all levels. Thanks to me, they have confidence in themselves and develop their creativity on a daily basis. Director and professional actress trained in Paris and Belorussia. The course takes place in three stages: - The "training" (exercises of relaxation, breathing and stretching) to make his body available. - Improvisation (from objects, text or music). - The text (diction, speaking, breathing, vocal presence). It is a method strongly inspired by Meyerhold's Russian theater method.
