I have worked in restaurants and professional kitchens across Italy and Australia, building a strong background in authentic Italian cuisine while developing the skills to prepare a wide variety of international dishes. For me, cooking is more than preparing food—it’s creativity, precision, and the joy of bringing people together. I love sharing the professional techniques and little secrets that can completely transform the way you cook.
